The Fresno Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau (FCVB) is a membership-based organization dedicated to promoting and marketing Fresno City and County as a visitor and meeting destination. As a private, non-profit organization, our mission is to bring conventions and visitors to Fresno for the economic benefit of the city and our membership.
The Fresno City & County Convention & Visitors Bureau is proud of our region and has created this website to be your primary resource when designing an ideal getaway. Our goal is to produce a website that reflects the scenic grandeur, cultural richness and spirit of Fresno County. Whether you are attending a convention, or enjoying one of our many attractions or annual special events, we invite you to experience the Fresno you don’t know.

Visitors Center

The Historic Water Tower Visitor Center is on the National Register of Historic Places and is an American Water Landmark. Additionally, it serves as a Visitor Center and is the place to go to find information about what to see and do in Fresno and the region.
Various brochures and maps are complimentary to visitors and if you’re not sure what to do simply ask one of our Volunteer Information Specialists.
The Visitor Center is located in downtown Fresno on the southwest corner of Fresno & O Street at 2444 Fresno Street, 559-237-0988. Free parking is located just off Fresno Street.
The Historic Water Tower Visitor Center is open Monday-Friday 11am – 3pm and Saturday 11am-2pm.
For those visitors arriving before or after the visitor center hours, please stop by one of our other information centers. The Fresno Convention and Visitors Bureau main office, 848 M Street, 3 rd Floor (located inside the Convention Center) 559-445-8300, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Or visit the Greater Fresno Area Chamber of Commerce located at 2331 Fresno Street (west of the Historic Water Tower Visitor Center) 559-498-4800, Monday (9am-5pm), Tues-Thurs (8am-5pm), Friday (8am-4:30pm)
